Most screen and battery repairs are completed the same day, usually within 1–2 hours while you wait. More advanced repairs like board-level work or data recovery can take a little longer — we'll always give you a timescale up front.

Yes. Most repairs come with a 12-month warranty against faults and defects. Batteries and budget screens carry a 6-month warranty, as do our refurbished iPhones.

Not for our walk-in hours — just pop into the shop on South Bar Street Monday to Thursday, 10:00–15:00. On Fridays and Saturdays we're appointment only, so message us on WhatsApp to arrange a time.

Yes. We never access your photos, messages or personal information while repairing your device. Where possible, we recommend backing up your device beforehand for extra peace of mind.

Just your device. If it's passcode-locked and the repair needs testing (e.g. a screen or battery), we may ask for your passcode so we can check everything works before you collect.

Often, yes. We offer board-level data recovery for devices that won't power on. Get in touch and we'll assess whether your photos and files can be recovered.
