Most repairs are undertaken the same day we receive them. However sometimes it may take up to 24 hours.

If we are unable to repair your device, for example if there's an issue with the logic board there is a charge of £19.99 which is our standard diagnostic charge.
The initial cost for our water damage repair is £19.99. This involves us removing the logic board and putting it through our ultrasonic cleaner to remove corrosion and other impurities caused by the water.
Once the board has been cleaned we'll need to run some tests to ensure no other components have been damaged. If they have, we'll total up the costs of any additional repairs and let you know before further work is completed.
